Ordering the Room List
To group and order rooms, you need either the moderator or operator role.
When editing a room, you can also set the order in which the room appears in the room list left of the main chat area.
Room Groups are used to group rooms together, and all rooms with the same group name are listed together under a single header in the room list. The rooms with no group set are also grouped together at the top, but without a header.
Within each group, the ordering is done by the position of the room, with lower position numbers going first and higher numbers going later. If the position number is the same between two rooms, they are sorted alphabetically.
It is possible to set a negative number for a room position. Rooms with negative numbers are sorted at the bottom, with -2 being listed above -1.
Tip: within a group, rooms with position 0 are always listed at the top (in alphabetical order if there is more than one with that position) while rooms with position -1 are always listed at the bottom (in alphabetical order if there is more than one with that position).
