For the most part, in the Evertail Campaign, you have freedom to create and shift as long as it fits the narrative.

There is however a requirement in order to make a Noble character, or a character with an evil-alignment. The reason behind this decision is that characters will a noble background are looked at as power figures, and people of influence. The DM team needs to understand that you as a player understand what this means with a brief history of your character.

The same can be applied to characters of evil alignment. We need to understand the motivation for the character to have evil intentions, and if you understand how to properly.
