Leader of the Knights Templar, Bernard Clairvaux is a veteran captain of the Great War, fighting for the French in the trenches before coming to America.

The man is huge, standing just over seven feet tall and is often seen wielding a similarly sized sword, sporting medieval armour and riding a horse with barding. Since he is clearly insane, people give him a wide birth and tend to do as he tells them.
