==== General Information ====
The game is set in the Interbellum era. This means that the Archery ability is superseded by Firearms, the Stewardship ability is superseded by the Business ability, and the Ride ability is superseded by the Drive ability. Additionally, some techniques are no longer avaiable, and some backgrounds are superseded.
The training period mentioned in the book is 1 day.
==== Character Creation ====
New characters start with 1000 xp, and follow the [[https://13w.nl/test-html/blackbox/4r/current/character-creation.html|character creation guidelines]] as laid out on the book, with the exception of starting with 1000xp (instead of 850xp.)
==== Creature Types ====
Currently only vampires are worked outfully defined as a creature type, other supernatural creatures may have rules specific to them. Magical powers are also available, to be discussed with the Storyteller at a case-by-case basis.

As of yet, the vampire Disciplines (their supernatural powers) have not yet been ported to 4R. As such we are using the 3R disciplines for now with judicious adjudication by the story-teller:
