Changelog 2021-05-07

This week we made a series of fixes to the weapon support for pathfinder released last week. Additionally, we've added support for potions, scrolls and wands (and their psionic incarnations)!

We'll continue to work on these next week with a lot of polish, but this should be helpful for your campaign!

Pathfinder Weapon Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug where masterwork value was not correctly added when making a weapon +1 in sheet. This was caused by the value being calculated first and then the MW status being set, so it'd update correctly as soon as you changed something else, but the order has now been corrected
  • Fixed bug that caused special materials to not have the correct default value factor in configuration, making the special materials effectively free
  • Fixed a bug that caused armours to autocomplete weapon enchantments and special materials in the sheet
  • Fixed a bug in the Config that did not allow you to enter critical range or damage type for new non-double weapons in some cases
  • Fixed an erroneous default value for Bane enhancement in the default settings for Pathfinder campaigns
  • Added several missing armour and weapon enhancements to the NU campaign
  • Fixed bug that opened the Pathfinder game system config in the equipment instead of houserules tab

Pathfinder Potions, Scrolls and Wands

  • Added support for potions / oils and tattoos. Any arcane or divine spell, regardless of spell list, up to level 3 as per the Core Rulebook, can be a potion or oil (the system does not distinguish between those yet). Any psionic spell up to level 3 can be a psionic tattoo
  • Added support for scrolls (arcane and divine spells) and power stones (psionic powers)
  • Added support for wands (arcane and divine spells) and dorjes (psionic powers) up to level 4 as per the Core Rulebook. Items are valued by remaining charges which can be tracked
  • If you add new spells, they are automatically added. By default, items are generated by the class with the lowest minimum caster level for the spell (in case several classes have the same spell at different levels)
  • Autocomplete fills these as possible items using the correct names ("Potion of X", "Oil of X", "Tattoo of X", "Wand of X", "Dorje of X", "Scroll of X" and "Power Stone of X").
  • More polish coming for these upgrades next week

Other

  • Fixed a bug where disabled integer or float fields could still be manipulated using the + and - buttons when generated as disabled
