This week we upgraded character sheets, we put some more work in polishing the game systems we support, and we deployed the first version of the chat!
The blog post Chat? Chat! elaborates on the current state of the chat.
Chat
- Chat has been added.
- All players in the campaign can access the chat.
- The chat has support for permanent and temporary rooms. All players can create temporary rooms. Operators and Moderators can make and edit permanent rooms.
- There is a default "Lobby" room that everyone automatically joins. It is possible to configure other rooms to be auto-joined as well.
- Private conversations can be opened with any online player (including yourself).
Characters
- Added option to campaigns to require character sheets to be approved.
- If character sheet approval is needed, game masters can approve a character sheet by editing the sheet and setting it's approval state.
- Players can still edit their sheets, but if approval is required, such an edit will put the sheet in the 'unapproved' state so that it requires re-approval.
Pathfinder
- Added the list of allowed languages to the game system configuration. Race and class based languages are not yet supported.
- Language entries are now handled via dropdown instead of text entry for convenience
