Conflict of Interest deems that a Character cannot involve or interact with other PCs that they control via the same player. That is if I play Buddy A, and Buddy B, they should never interact with each other, they should never be in the same room at the same time, and they should never even reference each other. They should never know what the other knows, and they should never come to the defense or revenge of the other.

If a Character "A" is hurt in some way by Character "B" The Player of Character "A" could not have their secondary character "Character C" begin harassing character "B". Player of character "A" will be under extreme scrutiny if any of their other characters begin harassing character "B" or any of the player of character "B"'s other characters after an IC conflict between character "A" and character "B".

We hope that this should fall under common sense, but as we all have learned, common sense rarely is. So here it is in writing. Do not get yourself involved in any situation that could be deemed a Conflict of Interest.
