The Silver Fleet was a small fleet of ships which roamed the seas during the Dark Period after the fall of the Empire of Duirt, some 1000 years ago. Without the empire patrolling the seas, monsters and pirates ran rampant making the sea unsafe except over short distances and cutting ancient trade lanes and connections.

The Silver Fleet, piloted by various heroic figures, was the only fleet able to travel and fight off these problems, trading between islands and coastal cities. Many of the core territories of the current Silver Rain Republic remained connected due to the Silver Fleet which made massive profits as a result.

Some say the treasures of the Silver Fleet are still out there, buried in a hidden location with maps leading to it split and scattered.
