A large scale siege of the city by orcs, goblins and other monsters in 2020. It seemed to be coordinated.

During the siege, the city almost ran out of food, but when an Ecclesian relief force came close, the monsters had no choice but to storm the walls.

The defenders held the city until the Ecclesian cavalry finally arrived, defeating the monsters and leaving the survivors to rebuild.
