Saint Theris is an Ecclesian saint who was known for his quest to rid the world of the monsters plaguing it. His most famous tale involves him killing a dragon to save a princess, who was being sacrificed, converting her and the local people to the one true faith.

The Cult of Saint Theris nowadays continue this quest and, either individually or in small groups, go out to slay monsters. The Chapel of Saint Theris in the city shows the results of these individuals and lists the names of those who died failing to complete their quest.

Unlike most combat-oriented groups of the Ecclesian faith, the Cult allows any individual to enter who is a member of the church and wishes to fight, including women.
