Not long after the arrival of the last shipment of aid supplies and troops from the cities distant allies, a strange sight began to occur amidst the graves and mausoleums within the necropolis. The reports spoke of a figure in tattered red robes walking among them, accompanied by ominous clacking and a large hound at their side. Strangely around this same period of time, hundreds of grave markers and various mausoleums within the necropolis began to look cleaned and freshly tended, even to the point of having the names re-etched within the surface.

Could this be a sign of ill omens or is this just a concerned citizen, trying to pay respects to the departed, recently or otherwise?
