Attackers: Siege Equipment
21 (+1): The orcs seem to have diverted some effort to supporting the blockade after it was hit hard from several different angles, delaying their construction, though some minor progress was made.
The attackers currently have a large number of ladders, ropes and grappling hooks as well as roofed and fortified battering rams to attack the gates. They have up forward defenses to cover an assault on the wall and it looks like at least two siege towers.
Defenders: City Defenses
22 (+2): Food is running scarce, but hopes are relatively high. The cities bridges have been reinforced and many of the cities key streets have barricades ready to be deployed at a moments notice. A system of messengers is set up, and the bridges within the city are being reinforced. Additionally, sniper posts have been set up with arrows in case of fighting in the streets
Defenders: Supplies
0 (-1): The supplies of the city are of major concern and loads of things happened.
Efforts by Lady Frost resulted in rare scraps of food stored in peoples homes being brought out to feed the masses, buying a little bit extra time.
Several attempts were made to break the naval blockade of the city. Though the blockade did weaken, it was not broken, and no matter how many of the hobgoblin vessels are sunk to the bottom, they never seem to run out.
Worse, the attempts also resulted in damage to the docks, which won't be fixed until after the siege ends.
But it was not all bad: the temporary weakening of the blockade allowed two supply ships to break through. The first from Bloodport, actually the third ship to be sent, but the second one to manage to arrive, filled with grain and dried meat. And a second one all the way from Clogwynfjord of all places, a city far up north. The Ecclesian city that couldn't possibly be further from Duirt, sent aid in collaboration with a group of giants from the area, with the message that "Hrunmar of the Grey Peaks, who's father was Hrungar of the Grey Peaks, remembers how Duirt aided them against the Snow Crone and her dragon"
Whomever this Hrunmar of the Grey Peaks is, his donation of food will no doubt be welcome.
The situation remains difficult but supply into the city has slightly improved as the Druids work their magic to create additional food and transport it into the city. It is unclear how long this can be sustained but for now, it provides some extra food income. With the land routes still blocked, the city is now at -3 per week.
Even so, the cities supplies are now essentially gone, and there is talk of slaughtering the cities horses to feed the population.
Attackers: Hoard Size
130% (-10%): The horde lost a large number of orcs and hobgoblins in particular due to ships being sunk, reducing the size of the enemy horde.
Allies & Advantages
