While many who stayed at the cathedral used a chamberpot, proper latrines were made available for the army units stationed there. Unfortunately that meant those had to be cleaned by whomever had gotten on the wrong side of a commanding officer...

Milly appeared for her share of latrine duty, none to happy about cleaning out disgusting pits. She wore rags that were easily disposed of after words. Her hair was pulled back into a tight bun so no loose strands fell into the fecal matter. Of course she used every possible tool provided for her to do the job, and do it correct so there wouldn't be a next time. She could only hope that the rest of her unit did a good job as well. Not wanting to get assigned this dooty duty again.

*Marius was already working on the latrine, he was digging up holes and covering up waste. He held that shovel well and made sure to coordinate with the others in how they regulated the waste and moved it away when necesary, he wore a tool belt that had hanging scrub brush, and soap, which a bucket was nearby*

Arphel joined for the punishment, he was not used to manual labor such as digging but he made sure to follow the example of those before him, digging holes here and covering up waste there. He did have the famed Dwarven constitution so he was able to keep working a few hours longer than others but he did not do so as he did not wish to show up his fellow soldiers.

Jaeden showed up each day for his duty. A little early rather than just on time. He never complained and worked through his whole shift. Not even stopping for lunch. He had done many dirty jobs before, but he was keen to not have to do this one again. He kept a cloth over his nose and mouth due to bugs and the stench. He was quiet and stoic and appreciated more the people that had to do such a thing on a regular basis as a job.

* He continued on the next two hours after Training on the field with the smoke sticks, he would come into the Latrine once again with shovel, brush, bucketed of sodded water, and go to work, digging and moving out excess waste, and then going to town to scrubbing and washing the latrine clean as possible, making sure to go over everyone else work to make it spotless, once he was done, he would look to the others. * Do Better .. * He walked off just giving off a blank expression*
