Unleash I'm corrected, yes the requirement for BAB is unchanged.

The class ability states "When wielding such a weapon you gain the benefit of the Improved Critical Feat" so the BAB requirement doesn't come into play when wielding a a one handed or light piercing melee weapon.

If the feat is listed on the sheet, simply remove the feat as the class ability should be on there. I helped Unknown make the character and I know the feat has the class ability listed under it
