currently, after the seige, supplies are limited and i would imagine focused primarily towards rebuilding. Does this effect the price of trade goods and equipment or is it still at base book value?

The Guilds have ordered their members to keep prices as they are. While some say this is due to their kindness and generosity, others believe it may have something to do with the upcoming contracts for the massive repairs the city needs - which surely won't go to any guild that engages in price gauging.

So prices remain as they are. For now...
