Black-Claw's Den of Dispair

No tags

In theme with that I've started doing on our sister site, I've been taking input from the community on how to shape my stories. This thread will be dedicated to the same structure taking input you ask for and weaving those aspects into my stories weekly.

For example:

-Asked for Humor: A character reference from a completely whimsical tale was incorporated into a story with options to follow.

- Political intrigue: Several stories so far have tied into the unrest revolving around issues that threaten to spill over.

-We get a lot of combat: Stories have been shaped in a way that allows players to either diffuse a potential altercation or avoid it entirely, using a more robust range of skills and their own creative ingenuity. This one has presented a unique challenge as I am now tasked with building tension, psychological intrigue, and moral choices (What is good vs What is Right?)

So please, don't hold back. If you want to see something tailored to your creative desires I strongly encourage you to...

"Live Deliciously"

NGL, I'm on the inside a bit so I have a small clue about what's coming up. That, and you freaking told us - LOL

Jahana is the perfect character for your addy. But she's all charisma, and she's allied to a specific house, even if she's not directly a part of it. This is both good and bad, as it could create tension depending on what other characters are along for the ride. She's also a fighter, and there's nothing wrong with her stretching herself a little.

If my new character gets approved, she'd add some flavor to it as well as introduce her to the world. She will also add political intrigue

Sister Barnacle has no place there, so she's a non-starter.

I prefer R-O-L-E play vs R-O-L-L play, honestly. And I like it slower, if only so that I don't get run over trying to be colorful in my prose only to find out that the comment I was replying to is now 12 posts back and I'm now Jess telling you that I like pudding.

NGL, I'm not a tactician. And if Luci's game on Monday was any indication, I'm not a great spotter of the obvious and Jahana couldn't herd cows, let alone cats - LOL

But I'm honestly along for the ride. If I don't like it, I depart. I'm easy like that.
