Dancing Lights is a new Level 0 spell for Witch. I have made some minor changes to the original:
- You can no longer choose between lanterns or toches, will-o'-wisp and vaguely humanoid shape forms (always glowing spheres that cast light like torches)
- Can now select the colours of the light at casting time
- Removed note about permanency (not relevant)
