I'm currently exploring an idea I had regarding going without inscriptions, which I'm setting up as a class idea in Inscriptionless.

Right now, I am looking for ways to incorporate external power sources as a driving power, possibly even working as a parallel levelling system independent of experience, which might interact well with ideas suggested before regarding magic.

I'm far from finished and will keep working on it, but wanted to put it out there as an alternative direction, presuming it meshes with the ideas for magical powers.
