Lord Helevorn Kurokin is the ruler of Wosa. The Elf is said to have a somewhat inflated ego, though may just be using this as a pretence to lure his enemies into a false sense of security. He is married to Takachi Yuina, and together they have three children, Helevorn Etsu their eldest son, and two daughters Helevorn Shina and Helevorn Kasumi.
