Pirith should be making more than 2 gold a week.

He should be getting-

Frost Warden Scout: 5-8gp per week.

Apothecary/Alchemist: 8-12 gold pieces per week

If for some reason he is only allowed one job then it will of course be Frost Warden Scout.
