Another rumor circulates someone wrote a letter to the Vanguard captain requesting, politely, that they reign in their off duty people and tone down the rowdy behaviors. People were used to the quiet and enjoyed the peace, and while the Vanguard deserved to enjoy themselves, they shouldnt do it at the expense of others and have some respect for their fellows.

Following the rumours of the letter, or perhaps because of other complaints, various officers of the Vanguard has been seen in the Snowdrift Inn monitoring the situation at random times and making sure that the rambunctiousness of the Vanguard does not interfere with those they are charged to protect.
