The chat window cannot be reordered nor is it grouping in alphabetical order. We'd like our Lobby on top, but ther rest of the rooms are a mishmash.

Absolutely,we're actually already on this and expect it to be fixed very soon!
Fixed! Rooms can now be grouped, and oredered. Details can be found in Changelog 2020-05-08.
