This week we continued our work on further improvements of the World of Darkness system, in addition to improving the chat and fixing several minor issues (some of which are too minor to even note here).

In the past few months we have received a lot of feedback, which is something we like a lot! So in this week's blog post we explain how we process your feedback!

Chat

• You can now read back your chat logs in the chat room archives. The archive is limited to messages you actually received while in the chat room.

• Moderators can go to the archives and from there on go into the Moderator archive, which shows all messages regardless of whether the moderator was present in the room or not.

World of Darkness System

• New campaigns will now start with the correct default difficulty of 6 and counting rolled ones as -1. This makes sure that dice rolls start out on the baseline rules.

Dice Roller

• The freeform World of Darkness dice roller will now take into account the campaign's configured dice mechanics. This makes the freeform roller more useful for campaigns that houseruled their dice mechanics.

Fixed Bugs

• Fixed a bug that caused "ghost" players to remain present in chat rooms even when they were no longer connected to the chat. This issue has been resolved with prejudice, and players should no longer be hanging around in chat rooms after the chat restarts.

• Fixed a bug that caused the breadcrumbs to repeat on error pages in the wiki archive, causing things like " Campaign Name » Setting » Campaign Name » Setting ". This has been fixed, and you'll now get the correct breadcrumbs even when the archive is not available.
