Can you elaborate a bit on where and how you experience friction with this? From the combined reports, I'm guessing you meant it in the context of the chat, but I'm not a 100% sure.
I'd love to take your feedback with me while improving the chat and other parts of the site, and it would help me a lot!
We've added a notification sound to the chat for incoming messages!
