That's an awkward issue.

It should be that the Leave Campaign button is visible in the Players listing and on your player page for that campaign. (Purely for example I would be able to leave FWURG via the FWURG Players and my FWURG player page.)

Make sure you're logged in though.

If the Leave Campaign button isn't available to you there, drop me a PM with the details, so we can reproduce the issue locally to fix it.
